Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and purchases made through shop.thryl.io, operated by Glazer Labs Private Limited under the THRYL brand.

1. Seller Information

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page, products purchased through THRYL Shop are sold and invoiced by Glazer Labs Private Limited.

2. Definition of Business Day

“Business Day” means Monday through Friday excluding public holidays observed in India.

3. Scope of THRYL Shop

THRYL Shop is an e-commerce storefront primarily offering physical merchandise including gaming merchandise, esports merchandise, jerseys, T-shirts, apparel, accessories, collectibles, creator or team merchandise and other physical products displayed on the Website.

Payments Through the Shop

Payments processed through the THRYL Shop checkout relate to merchandise orders placed through the Shop. Unless separately and expressly stated, payment through the Shop does not constitute a gaming deposit, bet or wager, tournament-entry payment, wallet top-up, purchase of THRYL Tokens, purchase of gaming credits or prize-pool contribution.

4. Eligibility

Customers independently placing orders must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. Transactions involving minors should be completed by or with the supervision and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

5. Customer Information and Account Security

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email, mobile number, billing address and shipping address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account unless caused by our negligence or technical failure. You are also responsible for issues caused directly by materially inaccurate information supplied by you.

6. Electronic Communications

By using the Website, you agree to receive communications electronically, including order confirmations, invoices, transactional notices and policy updates where permitted by law.

7. Product Information

We endeavour to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours, sizes and other details as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings may cause minor colour differences, product photography may differ slightly from actual appearance, measurements may contain reasonable manufacturing tolerances, and packaging may change without materially affecting the product. Nothing in this section restricts customer rights where goods are defective, incorrect or materially different from the description.

8. Signed and Limited-Edition Merchandise

Some merchandise may be described as signed, limited-edition, collectible, event-exclusive, creator-specific or team-specific. Any special characteristics or restrictions applicable to such merchandise should be disclosed on the relevant product page. Special return conditions may apply to signed or collectible merchandise, subject to applicable consumer rights.

9. Pricing and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), applicable taxes will be included or disclosed as required, and shipping charges, where applicable, will be disclosed before payment. We reserve the right to correct genuine typographical, technical or pricing errors. Where a significant pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we may contact you or cancel the affected product/order and issue the applicable refund.

10. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase the selected products. An automatic order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

• Failed payment

Refund After Merchant Cancellation

If we cancel an order for which successful payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

11. Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include services facilitated by PayU or other authorised payment providers. Customers must use payment instruments they are legally authorised to use. THRYL Shop representatives will never request your OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, card PIN or internet-banking password.

12. Failed Payments

An order will generally be treated as successfully paid only once successful payment confirmation is received. If your account has been debited but the order is not confirmed, follow the process described in our Refund Policy or contact support@thryl.io with available transaction information.

13. Discounts and Promotional Offers

Coupons or promotional offers may have expiry dates, apply only to selected products, require a minimum order value, be limited to one use, not be combinable with other offers, and be subject to stock availability. Promotional benefits may be cancelled where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation or abuse.

14. Product Availability

Products may be available in limited quantities. Adding a product to the shopping cart does not permanently reserve inventory.

15. Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website and may suspend, modify, update or maintain portions of the Website from time to time.

16. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

17. Cancellation

Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

18. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

19. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

20. Intellectual Property

THRYL Shop and its associated content, including relevant THRYL trademarks, logos, Website design, graphics, original photographs, text, software and original content, are owned by Glazer Labs Private Limited or used under applicable rights/licences. Third-party team, creator, player, publisher and brand names or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing merchandise does not grant any commercial reproduction or intellectual-property rights.

21. Prohibited Activities

• Use the Website for unlawful purposes
• Submit fraudulent orders
• Use stolen payment information
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with Website security
• Scrape or reproduce protected Website content unlawfully
• Misrepresent yourself as representing THRYL or Glazer Labs

22. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Glazer Labs Private Limited will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and did not result from breach of an obligation that cannot legally be limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Delivery or fulfilment may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, courier disruption, transport disruption, infrastructure outages, war or civil disturbance and public-health emergencies. Where appropriate, we will endeavour to communicate material delays and provide an appropriate fulfilment or refund solution.

25. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when that order was placed, except where changes are required by law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable Indian law, including applicable consumer-protection rights and statutory jurisdiction available to consumers.
